Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse for UK Nursing HomeWe are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.Responsibilities:As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed. You will also conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident. Furthermore, you will supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents. You must follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as required. You should also be prepared to handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise during your shift.Requirements:The ideal candidate for this position must have NMC registration as an RGN or RMN and possess a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. As a compassionate and caring individual, you must have the ability to empathize with the needs of our residents. You should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you must have flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs.
