About the job General Litigation Executive (GK)Job Description:We are a firm of solicitors providing a wide range oflegal services, but specialising in civil litigation. we are recruiting aGeneral litigation paralegal to assist our solicitors with theirlitigated case loads in a variety of areas such as financial misselling, RTA and Business Energy.Please note that this is an in person role and the successful candidate will work full-time in our offices located in Bolton.Candidates must have a law degree or equivalent and would ideallyhave completed the LPC and or have experience of working on litigatedcivil litigation claims.Have a proventrack record of consistently achieving and maintaining financial, KPIand other Company targets set over a sustained period of time Abilityand enthusiasm to proactively supervise and train other members of theteam Be experienced in, and have a good understanding of, Microsoftpackages including Excel, Power Point. Be able to demonstrate an ability to achieve goodprivate billing.Prepare and assist with the preparation of court documents including particulars of claim, witness statements and court bundlesManage a caseload of filesConsider and take instructionswork on small claims, fast track and multi track casesmanage a caseload of files from inception to completionPrepare and draft documentsReview and report on evidenceInterview clients to obtain key informationWork on a case management systemImprove their telephone skillsDiary and time managementThe ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience working as a paralegal #
