This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role. In this role, you will combine headhunting, storytelling, and consulting to attract top-tier talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the recruiting function for the London office and work closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.Deliver a seamless candidate experience at every stage of the process while championing the Synpulse employer brand.Train and support interviewers to ensure a consistent and high-quality interview experience, following established recruitment processes and best practices.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, and process management.Build and maintain talent pools to create candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics, consistently utilizing and maintaining data within our ATS (HiBob).Provide market insights on industry and competitor talent trends.Primarily focus on recruitment in the UK, while actively collaborating with colleagues across the EU region to provide support where needed, fostering a strong, connected, and high-performing recruiting team aligned with business priorities.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (or equivalent experience), ideally within an agency or in-house environment, managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.Proven ability to lead recruitment efforts, build talent pipelines, and advise hiring managers effectively.Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with HiBob is a plus) and using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant recruiting experience and demonstrated success.Essential for leading recruitment and anticipating hiring needs.Needed to manage multiple priorities, recruitment campaigns, and processes efficiently.Office Presence & Language RequirementsOffice Presence: This role is based in London, and regular in-office presence is expected to effectively lead recruitment activities, collaborate with hiring managers, and engage with colleagues. Some flexibility for hybrid working is supported.Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required.
