We are a growing credit investment platform specializing in structuring SPVs and acquiring financial assets from loan originators, corporates, and lessors across the UK, Spain, and Italy. Based in Mayfair, we operate across consumer and SME segments—including trade receivables, BNPL, credit cards, SME loans, and equipment leasing—offering a dynamic environment for talented professionals looking to develop deep asset‑backed financing expertise.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in trade receivables securitisations or related structured finance roles. You will support transaction execution, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and analysis of receivables‑backed programmes.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of trade receivables structures, credit risk, and securitisation mechanics.
