Salary: £40,974.13 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,668. There is the ability to progress to £47,180.45 over the next 3 years. This is a Regular Driver Role so also attracts a car allowance of £5,000 (gross) per annum, subject to internal checks.
Location: Scottish Labour – Glasgow
Duration: A fixed‑term contract to 08 May 2026
Responsibilities
The post-holder will be responsible for delivering winning digital campaigns and upskill others to do the same.
The Labour Party is working to deliver change and build a new Britain – one of security, prosperity and respect for all. We do this by winning elections at all levels across the country. The party’s digital operation is at the core of that mission, and is integral to how we understand the public, run campaigns, measure impact, work together and win.
Please note that this is a Regular Driver Role and there is a requirement to be able to drive and own a compliant car in this role. Any successful applicant will be required to drive and have a compliant car within 12 months of their start date. A driving licence is required for this role due to operational requirements including travel between multiple locations and transportation of campaign materials. Candidates who cannot drive due to disability are encouraged to apply as reasonable adjustments will be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010.
