CV Technical are partnered with a scaling AI Start-up who are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to help define and uphold the analytical standards used to evaluate high-stakes AI systems.
This role sits at the intersection of fairness and bias evaluation, rigorous statistical analysis, and applied understanding of hiring and selection processes.
You’ll work closely with senior technical leadership, founders, and product teams across hands‑on analysis, methodological design, and strategic thinking. As one of the earliest data hires, you’ll have significant autonomy to shape both the analytical function and the scope of the role as the organisation grows.
