Business Resilience Officer £32,700 to £40,500 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A) — Manchester city centre (hybrid – spending a couple of days per week at the office)
We're looking for a Business Resilience Officer to join our Group Compliance team in Manchester. In this role, you'll help us stay prepared for risks and respond effectively when things don't go to plan. From supporting the development of our Minimum Viable Company (MVC) model to helping manage incidents when they occur, you'll make sure we can keep serving our members and communities, whatever happens.
Our members rely on us every day, so we need to make sure we can keep going when challenges come our way. This is where you come in. You'll help us build resilience across Co‑op, so we can recover quickly and continue to make a difference in local communities.
