Assembly Operative (Automotive Manufacturing)
Location: Banbury
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (2-week rotation)
Week 1 & 2: Monday Thursday, 6:30am 4:15pm
Week 3 & 4: Monday Thursday, 4:15pm 2:00am
Pay Rate:
£15.85 per hour
£17.72 per hour for hours worked after 9:00pm
We are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a leading automotive manufacturer based in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position within a fast-paced production environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling high-quality automotive components while working to strict production schedules and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly of automotive parts and components
Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Following engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications
Conducting quality checks throughout the assembly process
