We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join fantastic primary and secondary SEN specialist schools across Aylesbury this September!
If you have previous SEN experience or a background in support work/care and you're passionate about helping children and young people thrive, we want to hear from you!
What will you be doing?
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
Helping pupils engage with learning and reach their potential
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
✨ Supporting communication, independence and social development
Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
Providing personal care when required
⭐ We're looking for:
✔ Previous SEN experience OR support work/care experience
✔ Confidence providing personal care
✔ A patient, compassionate and positive approach
✔ Someone who is resilient and happy working in a busy SEN environment
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
✔ Availability to work in September

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
