If you’re looking for a Credit Hire role where you can focus on running quality files without unnecessary micromanagement, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team with a strong reputation in claimant work.
You’ll inherit an existing caseload of around 100 pre-issue files, with a particular focus on taxi credit hire claims alongside associated personal injury matters. From day one, you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, progressing claims confidently through the MOJ Portal and OIC while delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
During your first few months, you’ll concentrate on taking over your caseload, building relationships with colleagues and ensuring files continue to progress smoothly. As you establish yourself, you’ll gain greater autonomy, consistently achieve your billing targets and, over time, have the opportunity to move onto higher-value and more technically challenging matters.
This is a close-knit, down-to-earth team where hard work is recognised and people are genuinely supported. Leadership is approachable, experienced and committed to helping lawyers develop long-term careers rather than simply focusing on short-term targets.
