We have students from all over the world.
The majority will be Italian, but we also have students from Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Argentina, Cyprus to name a few!
Students usually stay for two weeks and take part in a mixed programme of lessons and activities/excursions which are run by Activity Leaders. Our Mission: At Target English International, we aim to provide our students with a comfortable and caring setting in the UK to improve their communication in English and develop skills for a more global society.
We want our students to leave the course with a better understanding of UK culture and the inspiration to become life-long learners of English.
Overview of role: Job Title: Activity Manager Line Manager: Centre Manager Pay rate: Competitive, dependent on contract type + full-board accommodation and holiday pay Dates: June to August Hours: As required (typically 48 hours + per week - evening and weekend work required) You are a competent manager with some experience in the EFL and summer school industry.
You will have responsibility for delivering the activities programmes.
Operational, management, diplomacy and problem-solving skills are essential requirements for this position.
Applicants should be highly motivated, outgoing and enthusiastic individuals with the ability to lead a team of staff and work on their own initiative.
