Admissions Officer – Independent School in Wandsworth (January Start) Location: Wandsworth Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive A prestigious independent co-educational school in Wandsworth is seeking a highly organised and personable Admissions Officer to join their external relations team from January. School Information The school is known for its outstanding academic achievements, nurturing environment, and strong community ethos. With a growing interest in admissions, the school is expanding its team to ensure prospective families receive exceptional service and a warm, professional experience. Role Overview As the Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in managing the full admissions cycle—from initial enquiry through to enrolment. Responsibilities include: • Managing all admissions enquiries and maintaining accurate records • Coordinating tours, open mornings, and entrance assessments • Delivering warm, informative communication with prospective parents • Supporting marketing and outreach events • Ensuring compliance with school policies and admissions regulations Requirements • Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail • Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner • Experience using system such as Arbor, SIMS, and Bromcom. • Ability to prioritise and work efficiently during busy admissions periods • Experience in a school or customer-facing role is desirable Application If you are interested, please send your CV as soon as possible.
