Provide regular assessments and feedback to students to track their progress and support their academic journey. Create a classroom environment that fosters active learning, self-reflection, and a love for psychology. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Psychology or a related field. A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Prior experience teaching psychology at KS4 and KS5 is highly desirable. Strong subject knowledge, including psychological theory, research methods, and contemporary psychological debates. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students. A passion for helping students make meaningful connections between psychological theory and everyday life. Skills and Attributes: Enthusiastic about teaching and dedicated to student achievement. Creative in lesson design and able to present complex ideas in an engaging way.
