Team Manager (ADOS-2 Clinician) Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (Hybrid) Role: Permanent Salary: £60,000 £65,000 per annum About the Client An award-winning independent psychology and neurodevelopmental practice delivering high-quality assessments for adults and children, including autism and ADHD evaluations, expert witness reports, and health service contracts. The Role Lead a multidisciplinary team at a new Huddersfield clinic, managing neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD under public health patient choice programs. Responsibilities include: Supervising psychologists, therapists, and support staff Overseeing diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R, QB) Managing clinic operations, performance metrics, and contract delivery Ensuring clinical governance and case management Supporting onboarding, training, and process improvements Qualifications HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist, SLT, OT, Nurse) ADOS-2/ADI-R trained (QB training desirable) Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments and team management Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis Excellent communication and leadership skills Benefits Pension & generous annual leave Ongoing training, CPD & clinical supervision Birthday leave, company discounts & events
