Job description
A highly regarded primary school in Tower Hamlets is searching for an enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their Early Years Foundation Stage team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about providing young learners with an enriching start to their education. Permanent position Full-time position Starting in January 2025 London MPS1 - UPS3 Salary School Information The school’s approach to Early Years education emphasizes curiosity and active learning. As a Reception Teacher, you will contribute to an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive environment that promotes both social and academic development for Reception students. Teaching Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of Reception students. Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports growth and learning. Monitor and assess Reception student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective planning and resource sharing. Engage with parents and caregivers to support the holistic development of Reception students. Requirements PGCE or equivalent qualification. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching Reception students. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
