Job description
Are you an experienced commercial property professional with the knowledge and track record to operate at a higher level, but without the platform, network and infrastructure to fully capitalise on that opportunity? The Commercial Property Experts provides the platform. As a Partner Agent, you build your own commercial business with the structure, credibility and systems already in place so you can focus on winning and delivering high-value instructions rather than building the business infrastructure from scratch. Earnings Potential You earn 70% of the fee on every completed transaction. Typical fees range from £6,000 to £10,000 or more per property. Complete two commercial transactions per month and earn a gross income of £100,000 or more in your first year. Higher-value transactions mean fewer completions are needed to achieve significant income Income grows as your deal flow and network expands Residual and scalable income available through network growth What We Provide Platform and Credibility: The infrastructure, network and positioning to secure and deliver high-value commercial deals that are harder to access as an individual. Success Blueprint: A proven, step-by-step roadmap of systems, processes and strategies to fast-track your performance and build a scalable commercial business. Training and Support: Structured onboarding, dedicated one-to-one coaching, access to team sessions and in-person events with industry-recognised speakers throughout the year. Personal Branding: You become the recognised commercial property expert in your area, with marketing built around your name, image and reputation. Marketing Materials: A fully branded business-in-a-box package with digital assets, social content, direct mail and branded merchandise. Tools and Technology: Market-leading platforms including a purpose-built CRM, Rightmove Commercial, HIPLA, LoopNet and the option to access CoStar.
