We are currently recruiting for a Host/ Hostess for the Stage at The Londoner, this high-end bar is a very popular venue and is right at the heart of the Londoner experience.
Overview:
· An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner as a Host/Hostess in The Stage at The Londoner.
· The role of Host/Hostess is responsible for the overall arrival experience for our guests within the bar.
. You will escort all guests to their tables in an elegant and professional manner including assisting with coats and bags as required.
. You will take a disciplined approach to table return times and will communicate effectively to the Floor Managers to ensure that table turnovers are run smoothly and efficiently.
· You will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
About You:
· Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation as a host or hostess. Training will be required.
· Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
· Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
· A passion for food and beverage and the desire to keep up to date with the latest food trends.
