Are you passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential? Do you want to be part of a team that provides safety, stability, and care for vulnerable children? At Homes2Inspire, we believe every child deserves a nurturing environment. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll lead by example—providing structure, compassion, and guidance to both children and colleagues. Your leadership will help create a safe, positive culture where young people can thrive.

Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others are vital! As a shift leader, the right candidate will be someone who leads by example, upholds standards, and ensures that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made.

Homes2Inspire are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults.

  • Experience: Previous work supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Resilience & Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualifications: QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential)

What We Offer

  • Impactful Work: Every day you’ll make a difference.
  • Comprehensive Training: 3 weeks of paid, off-the-job training to prepare you fully.
  • Career Development: Opportunities to progress, including fully funded qualifications
  • Wellbeing Support: Access to Medicash, Aviva Digicare, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Extra Benefits: Option to purchase additional annual leave
  • Refer a Friend Bonus: £500 for successful referrals.
  • Discounts: Shopping, cinema, holidays, plus Blue Light card access & vouchers at Christmas!
  • Cycle to Work Scheme: Affordable cycling equipment.
  • Subsidised Activities: Fun days out with young people, meals included during shifts.
