We are currently working with a leading contractor delivering a planned windows and doors replacement programme across residential properties throughout East/North London.
We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to act as the key point of contact between residents, client representatives, and site teams throughout the duration of the works. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication, maintaining resident satisfaction, and facilitating access to properties to support the successful delivery of the programme.
