This NY heavyweight is considered amongst the leading NY heavyweights. They are widely instructed on some of the most high profile, complex restructuring matters. They are seeking a first rate mid-senior level associate with the following experience:
  • All aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base.
  • Good grasp and working experience with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements.
  • Experience with restructuring related proceedings, including experience with working with multiple jurisdictions.
  • Candidates who have had good levels of responsibility and who have well developed drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates who are intellectually outstanding with good team skills, a natural collegiality and a genuine desire and enthusiasm to embrace a broad range of restructuring and bankruptcy work.
