The Role
As a Food Production Operative at Mason's Meats, you will be at the heart of our operations, involved in every step of our jerky-making process. From handling raw beef to the final stages of dehydration and packaging, your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Meat Handling: Safely handling raw beef, ensuring it meets our stringent quality criteria.
- Processing: Slicing, seasoning, and preparing beef for dehydration.
- Dehydration: Managing the dehydrators to ensure perfect consistency and flavor.
- Quality Assurance: Regular checks to ensure our products meet our high standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all food safety regulations and maintaining a clean working environment.
