You'll thrive in this Pizza Chef role if you bring : * Proven experience making pizza in a high-volume kitchen or pizzeria * Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, shaping, and oven techniques * Confidence working independently and as part of a brigade * Strong understanding of food safety, portion control and allergen procedures * Creativity in combining classic and contemporary flavour profiles * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends * A collaborative, can-do attitude and great communication skills If you're ready to own your pizza station, shape the dough with care, and bring local flavour to every slice, we'd love to hear your story.
