Key Requirements

We are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal or Solicitor with experience in agricultural and commercial property transactions , including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable energy schemes . The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage files and communications in a busy property team.

Essential requirements include :

• Assisting fee earners in property transactions involving agricultural and commercial assets , including renewables
• Drafting and reviewing key legal documentation : contracts, transfers, lease agreements
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and handling post-completion formalities
