TheRole :

AsaRealEstateParalegal,youwillsupportthefeeearnersinmanagingabusycaseloadofpropertymattersfrominstructiontocompletion.Responsibilitieswillinclude :

Preparingcontractpacksandsupportingdocumentation
Conductingtitlechecksandsearches
Liaisingwithclients,solicitors,estateagents,andotherthirdparties
Draftingstandardlettersanddocuments
Assistingwithexchangeandcompletionprocedures
Fileopening,AMLchecks,andgeneraladministrativeduties

TheIdealCandidate :

Minimum12monthsexperienceinConveyancingorRealEstate

Strongknowledgeoftheconveyancingprocess

Excellentcommunicationandorganisationalskills

Aproactiveandprofessionalapproach

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam

CompetentITskills,includingexperiencewithcasemanagementsystems
