We're working with a fast-scaling DTC Consumer brand in Manchester to help them hire for a Performance Marketing Manager. Known for their creative campaigns and cult following, the brand is investing heavily in the next phase of it's digital journey and are now looking to bring their paid media function in-house.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape acquisition strategy, influence commercial decisions and build the future of paid media within a fast-paced consumer brand. You'll join a collaborative team where ideas are valued, experimentation is encouraged and your work will have a direct impact on business growth.
You will lead the transition of paid media from an external agency into an in-house function, taking ownership of customer acquisition strategy while remaining hands-on with campaign delivery. You'll understand how to build acquisition strategies that deliver long-term growth, know when to challenge existing approaches and have the confidence to make commercially driven recommendations.
