Job Title

Digital Event Coordinator

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in Central London (near Waterloo)

Contract Type: Full-time

About Us

We are a specialist online bioscience publisher based in London, focused on the cutting edge of biomedical R&D. We are passionate about delivering high-value content in innovative digital formats and work with global technology clients. We have built a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Digital Event Coordinator to join our Client Success team on a full-time basis. This role sits at the heart of our client-facing operations and is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of webinars, virtual events, and associated client campaigns.

You will play a critical role in delivering high-profile events that connect global life science innovators with their audiences, directly contributing to client satisfaction, repeat business and our reputation for excellence. The position combines event operations, client support, and campaign coordination, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Webinar Operations

  • Coordinate end-to-end operational delivery of our industry-leading webinar and virtual events programme, leveraging established systems, processes, and a collaborative Client Success team
  • Partner with the Editorial team to deliver Special Interest Groups, our flagship event format
  • Build, configure and quality-assure webinars across our events platform and website
  • Own the collection and quality control of event assets, including speaker bios, headshots, artwork, and logos, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage broadcast communications, including invitations and joining instructions to speakers and internal stakeholders
  • Schedule and oversee speaker preparation sessions and presentation recordings
  • Provide hands-on technical support during live webinar delivery

Reporting & Data Management

  • Quality-check webinar and campaign reporting, including registration, attendance, and engagement metrics
  • Support the accurate and timely delivery of client reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, and documentation

Systems & Process Management

  • Use project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) to track events, timelines, and campaign delivery
  • Maintain accurate internal documentation and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience through better use of systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 12–18 months+ experience in a B2B environment in an events, operations, client success, sales administration or project management role
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with digital platforms such as webinar systems, CRMs, email tools, and project management software
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

  • A supportive, collaborative environment where initiative is encouraged and success is shared
  • Opportunities for progression into senior event, client success or broader operational roles as the business grows
  • Hands-on experience delivering high-profile webinars and virtual events in the life sciences sector
  • Hybrid working model with a Central London office location
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 with tenure)
  • Regular team socials and company events

If you are highly organised, enjoy taking ownership and thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
