The Role
As Product Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships and leading complex sales campaigns from initial engagement through to contract award.

Working closely with engineering, programme management and senior leadership teams, you will help shape product strategy, develop winning proposals and ensure customer requirements are translated into commercially successful solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, supporting innovative defence programmes that have real operational impact.
