To thrive in this Cocktail Bartender role, you'll ideally have : * Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue * Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits * Confidence in guest interaction and upselling * Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards * Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays * Ability to lift and carry up to 23kg and be on your feet for long shifts * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset * Understanding of compliance with local alcohol service laws If you're ready to bring your bar skills to a bold new setting, we want to hear your story.
