Support Commis Chefs and apprentices, and take initiative in busy moments. * *Grow every day* - Keep refining the basics, take notes on new skills, share ideas, and actively participate in one-to-ones, training, and briefings. * *Maintain standards* - Take pride in hygiene, food safety, portion control, and proper stock rotation.

You'll shine in this Demi Chef de Partie role if you bring : * Proven experience as a Commis or Demi Chef in a quality-led kitchen * Solid technical ability and knowledge of prep, sauces, garnishes, and presentation * A strong sense of teamwork, communication, and collaboration * Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and holidays * An understanding of allergen handling, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures * A hunger to keep learning and progressing within a creative, supportive brigade If you're ready to own your station, grow with guidance, and play a key role in a passionate kitchen, this is your opportunity.
