Are you ready to shape the future of major infrastructure and capital programmes across the UK? A leading consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join its Strategic Programme Advisory team, helping senior leaders navigate complexity and deliver impact across some of the most high-profile projects in the country.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has operated close to leadership in roles such as Chief of Staff, Business Manager, PMO Lead or Transformation Advisor.
What You’ll Be Doing as Associate Director – Infrastrucutre Programme Advisory :
- Leading strategic engagements across major infrastructure and capital programmes.
- Supporting senior stakeholders with programme strategy, governance, and decision-making.
- Shaping and delivering high-impact advisory work across sectors such as energy, transport, and utilities.
- Co-developing propositions and offers that respond to evolving client needs.
- Building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior programme leaders.
- Crafting compelling narratives and materials that drive clarity and alignment.
- Mentoring and developing high-performing consulting teams.
What We’re Looking For :
Broad experience across complex infrastrucutre programme environments, ideally in consulting or internal strategy roles.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and judgement skills.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape key decisions.Collaborative, low-ego team player with entrepreneurial drive.Genuine interest in major projects, leadership, and organisational performance.Exposure to regulated sectors (e.g. energy, transport, water).Package & Benefits :
