37.5 Hours per week.

A Full UK Manual driving licence is essential for this role

Specific service details

We support Four individuals supported with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy and dementia.

The three things we would like an applicant to know about the role before applying...

1. Team working is essential due to the large team.

2. Lone working on 1-1 shift allocation.

3. Active Support and positive personalities essential.

Rota details (days/nights / hours per week / days / weekends)

07.00 / 08.00 -15.00

15.00-21:00

The role is person-centred and rewarding

You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible, make their own choices, and achieve their personal goals.

Every day can be different

The role may involve supporting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, activities, appointments, community access, and emotional support. Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude are very important.

Building trust and promoting dignity is essential

Applicants should understand that this role is about empowering people, respecting individual choices, maintaining dignity, and developing positive professional relationships with the people we support.

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.
