We are looking for experienced Manager to ensure smooth running of Stenhouse Medical Practice.Stenhouse is a Practice based in Stenhousemuir Larbert - 3400 patients ,with excellent transport links from both Glasgow and Edinburgh. You would be supported by a friendly, dedicated and well organized team which currently consists of salaried GP long term locum GPs, a longstanding supportive admin and reception staff, Office Manager, Practice Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare Assistant, Phlebotomists, Mental Health Nurse, Physiotherapist and Pharmacists. Also attached to the Practices are a wealth of health professionals including District Nurses, Health Visitors and a Midwife. Our goal is to provide excellent patient care whilst maintaining a healthy work / life balance. We are very forward thinking practices with a track record of investing in technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services we deliver to patients and embrace changes to try to improve our working day and have regular practice meetings where all staff are encouraged to share their views on the smooth running of the practice. We use EMIS and DOCMAN IT systems. We would prefer NHS experience of being Manager in a GP practice. 30 hours per week but hours and days negotible and to be discussed with the applicants .Salary dependent upon experience.
