We proudly offer Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 41-residents. *Care Assistant Contract* * 13.60 per hour * 500 Welcome Bonus (T & C's apply) * Contracted to various hours per week - flexible shifts available * Paid PVG pension, uniform provided * 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) *Role Overview* As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday.
This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued.
By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.
