The home offers a supportive and welcoming environment where residents receive person centred care and feel truly at home. *Senior Care Assistant Contract* * 14.50 per hour * Contracted to 39.37 hours per week * Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided * 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) *Role Overview* As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents. You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard.
Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.
