This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
