Westfield Health are dedicated to making a healthy difference to the quality of life of our customers, and the Fitness Coach supports our mission by delivering and implementing the Westfield Health wellbeing programme to our client.You will be a key fitness team member by providing members with 5* fitness service including inductions, programme writing, health assessments and ongoing gym floor support. You will also be required to teach a variety of studio and gym floor classes.Your responsibilities:Deliver a 5* gym floor customer service and create a positive training environmentConduct health assessments, write client programmes and offer members supportMaintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the kit and facilityBe a gym floor presence engaging with members and guestsTeach a variety of gym floor and studio classesWork in collaboration with the reception team to cover breaks and reception enquiriesWhat you'll bring:Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training QualificationsExperience in delivering studio classes and personal training sessionsWriting client programmesDelivering health assessmentsExperience in delivering Personal Training sessionsExcellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related productsAbility to communicate to a diverse audience of peopleStrong team work ethicAbility to use initiativeSalary, Perks & Benefits:Salary - 17,.44 per annum22.5 hours per week25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.Health Cash PlanWestfield RewardsPension plan with contributionsNext steps and support:If you think you fit the bill, we would love to hear from you!Please note, while we welcome global talent, we're currently unable to sponsor work visas.We are a proud member of inclusive employers and a Disability Confident Committed employer, we value inclusivity and want to make sure our application process is open and accessible to all candidates.
