Senior Town Planner Location: London, hybrid working I'm currently working with an ambitious, independent planning and development consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, highly experienced consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality development projects and creating places that have a lasting positive impact. Working across a diverse portfolio of schemes, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, build strong client relationships and play a key role in shaping the built environment. The Opportunity You'll be joining a collaborative team of planning and development professionals, working with a broad range of clients, including developers, landowners and public sector organisations. The consultancy works across a variety of sectors, including residential, build-to-rent, student accommodation, commercial, industrial, logistics, regeneration and mixed-use development. Projects range from complex urban schemes to large-scale strategic developments, providing plenty of variety and scope to develop your expertise. As a Senior Town Planner, you'll take the lead on planning projects from initial feasibility and strategy through to the submission and determination of planning applications.
