Opdracht
Als manager onthaal en personeel is jouw belangrijkste taak ervoor te zorgen dat er kwalitatieve klantenservice wordt geleverd in onze winkel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van klanten, het soepel laten verlopen van hun passage bij de kassa en de algemene tevredenheid van hun ervaring in onze winkel.
Je rapporteert aan de winkeldirecteur en neemt bij zijn afwezigheid de nodige initiatieven en beslissingen om de winkel goed te laten functioneren.
