What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care
• Provide clinical leadership across the practice
• Support service development and continuous improvement

Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)

Essential:

• GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
• Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality.
• Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
• Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics.
• Committed to the values and vision of OneMedicare.
• High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
• Strong digital and clinical system literacy (EMIS desirable).

Recruitment Process:

• Please submit your CV along with a short Cover Letter (max 750 words) outlining why you are interested in this role and how your experience aligns with the leadership and clinical responsibilities of the position.
  The Cover Letter will form part of the initial shortlisting process, helping the panel better understand your approach to leadership, service development, and patient care.
• The recruitment process is expected to include two interview stages. A third stage may be introduced if further assessment is required.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: Up to £120,000 per annum dependent on experience
• Flexibility: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (30 hours) can be considered
• 15-minute appointments, when clinical
• NHS Pension with 20.6% employer contribution
• 38 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) (pro rata for part-time)
