If you've previously held a Pit Boss position or above and have experience in both live and electronic gaming, this could be your next big move. Key Skills & Responsibilities * Lead by example with a strong presence on the gaming floor. * Drive performance and profitability across live and electronic gaming. * Manage team rotas, table availability, and resources to maximise turnover. * Ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines, and company policies. * Handle customer disputes with empathy and professionalism. * Support marketing initiatives and keep your team informed and engaged. * Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential. * Maintain high standards of game protection, security, and health & safety. * Act as Duty Manager when required, overseeing the entire casino operation. * Demonstrate flexibility to work across a 24 / 7 operation, including nights and weekends.
