Marketing & Partnerships ExecutiveWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Partnerships Executive to join a dynamic team, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, driving growth, and enhancing customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone organised, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fun environment.   • Assist with proposals, presentations, quotes, and sales materials.

  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate data and activity tracking.

  • Support lead generation by researching prospects, qualifying leads, and coordinating outreach.

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide product/service information.
    • \n
  • Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and dashboards.
    • \n
  • Opportunity to attend sales conferences, exhibitions, and client pitches in the UK and abroad.

Marketing Support\n

  • Help plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels.

  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media content and engagement.

  • Update website content, product information, and announcements.
    • \n
  • Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to produce marketing materials.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

Administrative & Coordination\n

  • Organise meetings, events, and travel logistics for the senior team.
    • \n
  • Maintain marketing calendars, sales schedules, and promotional timelines.

  • Support cross-department communication to ensure smooth campaign execution.
    • \n
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
    • \n
What We’re Looking For\n

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • \n
  • Good organisation and time-management abilities.
    • \n
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
    • \n
  • Proficiency in Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a CRM system like Salesforce or HubSpot.
    • \n
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • \n
  • Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
    • \n
  • Interest in media, consumer and content trends, with a passion for sport and music being a plus.
    • \n
  • A self-motivated, organised individual who enjoys learning, being part of a hardworking team, and having fun!

Background & Experience\n

  • Experience in marketing and customer support.
    • \n
  • Comfortable presenting in formal settings.
    • \n
  • Experience managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
