Facilities Engineer 📍 Sutton Coldfield 💰 £40,000 - £45,000 🕒 Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm Take Ownership of a Busy Manufacturing Facility Are you a hands-on Facilities Engineer looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are recruiting for a well-established manufacturing business in Sutton Coldfield seeking a proactive Facilities Engineer to play a vital role in maintaining and improving site facilities, infrastructure, safety systems, and compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business where you'll have the autonomy to drive improvements and make a visible impact across the site. If you enjoy problem-solving, managing projects, and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. The Role As Facilities Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of the site while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining site facilities, infrastructure, and building services. Coordinating external contractors and overseeing maintenance activities. Supporting health & safety initiatives, fire safety systems, and risk assessments. Ensuring compliance with all relevant site regulations and standards.
