The Role

• Ability to produce dishes to a high standard
• To work part of team and individually, taking orders from sous, head and executive chef
• Running a section in the kitchen and also help with events, sit down meals and canapes
• Passionate and ambitious to learn
• Work to a high standard and have good attention to detail
