About the Role
:
Duties will include the conduct and delivery of the service of food and beverages within the School’s catering / hospitality venues in accordance with pre-agreed operational procedures and budgets. To ensure total compliance with SOAS / Department policies, health & hygiene legislation.
The role covers both catering and hospitality functions. Specific tasks and responsibilities will only apply to specific functions, depending on the skills, experience and background of the post occupant. Required to participate in working evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays on an agreed rota basis.

You are a friendly and reliable individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality or catering environment. You take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation, and are comfortable working flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to creating a welcoming experience for all guests make you a valuable part of any service team.
