As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be stepping in to support patient bookings, pre-assessments, and general enquiries during a particularly busy period.

\n This role exists due to a large increase in workload, system changes, and ongoing permanent recruitment - meaning youll be helping the team stay on track through a very busy period
