Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment, with the potential for the role to move into a permanent position after an initial period of time.

\n * Due to the site location, applicants should live locally or have reliable transport
Shift Pattern
\n * Monday - Friday
\n * Rotating shifts:
Pay Rate
\n * £13.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
\n * Carrying out daily inspections at the start and end of each shift to identify and report any equipment or machine issues
\n * Operating machinery and supporting production processes
\n * Completing all production documentation accurately and efficiently
\n * Working both independently and as part of a team to maximise production output
\n * Supporting other departments when required following appropriate training
\n * Adhering to all site Health & Safety procedures and standards
\n * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
Experience
\n * Previous experience working as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, or within a similar manufacturing environment
\n * Experience working within a warehouse or production setting
\n * Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous
Skills & Attributes
\n * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation
\n * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
\n * Flexible approach to supporting different departments across the site
\n * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
\n * Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern
\n * Commitment to maintaining high Health & Safety standards
