Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) – Essex

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your subject area.

• Plan and prepare lessons in line with school curriculum and policies.

• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

• Assess, monitor, and track student progress.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support whole-school initiatives.

• Participate in staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a busy school environment.

• Enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching.
