Shields Talent are working exclusively with a charity based in Edinburgh that are looking for a Product Manager to join their team to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital products and services, ensuring they meet user needs, align with organisational strategy, deliver measurable impact, and build internal digital capability. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing the established Digital Roadmap, the focus is on steady-state delivery, keeping projects on track across internal teams and external partners, and ensuring digital services are user-centred, accessible, and integrated within the wider digital ecosystem. This role combines pragmatic product delivery, hands-on delivery coordination, and people leadership. You will be responsible for maintaining a user-centred, data-informed approach to product development while embedding agile practices across the organisation.
