Salary: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | Term Time Only | Long-Term with the opportunity to become permanent

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Support pupils in whole-class, small-group and one-to-one settings.
Help children develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Provide additional support for pupils who require targeted interventions or extra encouragement.
Foster a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare classroom resources and assist with the day-to-day organisation of lessons.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils to become confident, independent learners.
About You
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working with children in a primary school, nursery or educational setting.
Be patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
Have strong communication and organisational skills.
Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
