Cover Supervisor – Hinckley and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £100–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire and nearby areas

Are you a confident, adaptable individual with a genuine passion for education? GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Hinckley and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment by delivering pre-prepared lessons and supervising classes in the absence of the classroom teacher. You’ll ensure pupils remain on task, follow school policies, and engage with learning activities effectively.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a degree in a curriculum-based subject (or equivalent qualification).
Be confident, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different classroom settings.
Have a genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ideally hold a UK driving licence, as schools are spread across the Hinckley area.
Hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply and pay for one through GSL Education.
